SUMo is a useful tool with which you can keep all the programs in your system updated by just performing a simple scan. You can make sure you have the latest versions and know if there are any more recent updates. The interface lets you find the most important updates, since it organizes them by the relevance of the changes they make.
To begin using SUMo, just press on the scan option and you'll see a comprehensive list of all the programs that are installed in your system. It will also inform you of any available updates, big or small. You can also see information related to each update, like the name of the product, the developer, the version installed, and the most recent one.
Then, you can choose to update, postpone the update, execute, delete, open file location, or inform of an error, among many other options. If you want to update to a later version, SUMo will take you to the download link on its own website, even if these links are broken. You can still download the latest version of the program directly from Uptodown, however.
The 'delete' option doesn't uninstall the application but avoids future notifications of new updates for that program in particular. SUMo lets you manage the frequency of update notifications, too. You can postpone them for a day, a week, a month, or forever.
